Shipping
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
All of our items are shipped from Houston, TX. Please check the processing time before placing an order to ensure your order will arrive on time. Please note that our processing time does not include shipping time. Orders that have been processed will take 2-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. You will have the option to choose your shipping method at checkout. While we do not guarantee a delivery date, and we are not responsible for any delayed or lost items, please do not hesitate to contact us, and we will try our best to assist you.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Product
We do not accept any returns or exchanges due to the nature of the products. Please check all sizing information before ordering, as we do not allow exchanges or returns for incorrectly ordered sizes. Feel free to message us for exact cutter sizing.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours or if the order has not been processed. If your order has already been processed and shipped, you will not be able to cancel it.
